51-year-old Joseph Davis, a Dublin man, appeared naked in court after his "emotional support" cat, Oliver, went missing during a traffic stop arrest. Davis, charged with Road Traffic Act offenses, refused to wear clothes. Judge Marie Quirke remanded him in custody, granted €200 bail, and directed medical attention, while asking gardaí to find the cat. Davis is set to appear at Cloverhill District Court on Tuesday.
