33-year-old Jarren L. Coutch from Norfolk County was sentenced to almost a year in jail for causing a 2023 collision while impaired. He was arrested after a two-vehicle collision on Highway 3 on June 28, 2023, at 3:30 pm. Norfolk OPP investigated the incident and found him guilty of drug-impaired driving.
