15-year-old Isaac Brown was fatally stabbed in West Bromwich's New Square shopping centre. A 17-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody. Isaac's family described him as a "wonderful, loving, kind, happy, son, brother, grandson, nephew and cousin." A murder investigation is underway as police search for more information and witnesses.
