An eastern Pennsylvania man, Jose Hilario Abreu, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and child endangerment in the death of a 3-year-old boy who accidentally shot himself with a handgun left unattended last month. Abreu left the semi-automatic handgun fully loaded with a live cartridge in the chamber while the child and a 2-year-old were present. The child's death was ruled accidental.
