27-year-old Austin Moyer was arrested for allegedly committing a lewd act on a trail near the McDowell Creek Greenway in Cornelius, after the Cornelius Police Department received numerous tips from the community. Officers conducted an undercover operation to identify and find Moyer, who has been charged with one count of indecent exposure. Additional charges are expected as the investigation continues.
