Vietnam sent three officers to UN peacekeeping missions in the Central African Republic, South Sudan, and Abyei on April 8th. Deputy Minister of National Defence urged them to quickly understand their areas, complete tasks, and improve analysis capacities. Officers were instructed to adhere to Vietnam's foreign policy, VPA regulations, UN guidelines, and the laws of host countries, promoting a positive image of Vietnam and its army.
