Theatre program "Stars 21-plus" for adults with special needs, founded by Holly Wenning, is set to stage their second show called 'I Feel Like Dancing' at the Sarnia Library Theatre. This labour of love aims to provide participants with a hobby and joyful experiences, with no monetary motivation. Wenning previously helped create a similar program at Pathways Health Centre for Children, which continues to thrive.
