Robbery suspect Blessing Sumbani Sithole, linked to the $720,000 Quest Financial Services heist in Belgravia, Harare, was shot dead by police during a shootout after leading them to one of the stolen pistols he had hidden. Sithole was captured in Chiredzi, where police recovered a 0.38 Special Revolver, 7 rounds of ammunition, and a Toyota Probox vehicle. He confessed to purchasing the vehicle with his share of the stolen cash.
