Perseus Mining Limited declares its off-market takeover bid for all OreCorp Limited shares unconditional and best and final. As of April 5, 2024, Perseus holds 51.03% of OreCorp shares. The company requests OreCorp shareholders to accept the offer for their shares. Perseus acknowledges OreCorp's announcement of collaborating with the former to transition the OreCorp board and management team.
