European stocks rose as Middle East tensions eased and investors anticipated guidance from an upcoming ECB policy meeting. German industrial production rose more than expected in February, driven by a recovery in construction and the automotive industry. The pan-European STOXX 600 edged up 0.1% to 507.15, while the German DAX and France's CAC 40 both increased around 0.4%.
