67 employees dismissed by CBN in ongoing restructuring effort, led by Governor Yemi Cardoso.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has sacked 40 more staff, bringing the total number of employees dismissed so far to 67. This ongoing restructuring affects mostly deputy directors and assistant directors, with 22 from the Development Finance Department (DFD) and 18 from the Medicals and Procurement Services Department. The CBN's Governor, Yemi Cardoso, continues to lead the restructuring efforts.
