Custom Made Meals (CMM) acquired Hearthside Food Solutions' ready-to-cook/heat manufacturing assets in Jacksonville, Florida. The deal aims to expand CMM's production capabilities, increase regional footprint, and improve distribution network efficiency. The acquired facility, built in 2005, offers value-added meal and appetizer solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
