Azerbaijani army officer, Lieutenant Bagirov Ulvi Hanifa oglu, died from injuries sustained during counter-terrorism operations in the Karabakh economic zone. The officer was critically wounded on September 19-20, 2023 and passed away in a medical facility on April 7, 2024. The Ministry of Defense extends condolences to the bereaved family and relatives.
