Sonny Gray, who signed a $75M contract in the offseason, will make his debut for the Cardinals against the Phillies on Tuesday, after starting the season on the injured list due to a hamstring strain. Gray, a 2023 All-Star, was acquired from the Twins and is expected to improve the Cardinals' struggling starting pitching staff. Manager Oliver Marmol has set a pitch limit of 65 for Gray's debut game.
