Yamamoto, who signed a record $325 million contract with the Dodgers, pitched five scoreless innings and overcame two early jams, striking out eight. Max Muncy contributed with a two-run single, while Shohei Ohtani had two hits, helping the Dodgers improve to 8-3 and extend their winning streak to five games.
