38-year-old Scottish woman with cerebral palsy, Dr Julie McElroy, aims to make history as the first female frame runner to complete the London Marathon. McElroy was introduced to frame running, a three-wheeled frame that supports the athlete with a saddle and body plate, three years ago after a traumatic injury.
