18-year-old Kasenn Dollar of Liberty, Kansas was killed in a head-on crash with a Montgomery County Sheriff's Deputy on U.S. 160 in Montgomery County. Dollar's vehicle went left of center and struck the deputy's car, which also hit a third car attempting to evade the collision. The deputy was injured and taken to an Oklahoma hospital for treatment, while another passenger in Dollar's vehicle was treated for minor injuries.
