3-year-old girl shot in eye in Philadelphia; in critical condition. A 3-year-old girl was critically injured after being shot in her eye in Philadelphia's East Germantown neighborhood. The girl was found at Jefferson Einstein Philadelphia Hospital with a gunshot wound to her right eye and was airlifted to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in extremely critical condition. Police are still investigating the incident and have recovered a weapon.
