21-year-old Anshul Bhati was fatally stabbed in Delhi's Timarpur area after refusing to provide two juveniles a matchbox for lighting their cigarettes. The police arrested both suspects within 12 hours of the incident, using local intelligence and CCTV footage. One of the suspects had a previous criminal record, including a murder case in Timarpur. The weapon used in the crime was also recovered from one of the suspects.
