1st woman from Rajouri, India, Bhawana Kesar, clears Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service (Judicial) examination.
Bhawana Kesar, a tailor's daughter from Rajouri, India, has become the first woman from her district to clear the Jammu and Kashmir Civil Service (Judicial) examination. Despite hailing from a middle-class family, Bhawana completed her BA LLB from Punjab University and expressed her gratitude towards her parents who supported her studies. She aims to be an inspiration for others and encourages girls to pursue education without giving up.
