2,200 runners participated in the Hill 2 Harbour marathon, part of the Newcastle Running Festival, with Liam Dixon winning overall in 37:46.
2,200 runners took part in the Hill 2 Harbour marathon, a 12km event, as part of the Newcastle Running Festival. The event attracted double the number of participants compared to last year, with the course featuring iconic sights of Newcastle, such as Nobbys Beach, Fort Scratchley and Honeysuckle. Liam Dixon was the overall male winner, finishing with a time of 37 minutes and 46 seconds.
