Paraglider seriously injured in Christchurch crash: A paraglider sustained serious injuries in a crash on Summit Road, Christchurch, on Sunday morning. Emergency services were called around 10:35 am, and the paraglider was transported to Christchurch Hospital by ambulance. Both police and Hato Hone St John spokeswomen reported the extent of the injuries as serious.
