Off-duty Ottawa police officer Cory Chuchryk has been charged with impaired and dangerous driving following a two-car collision on March 17. Chuchryk is facing charges of impaired operations, failure to stop after an accident, and dangerous driving. No injuries were reported in the incident. He has been temporarily reassigned to administrative duties and is scheduled to appear in court on May 7.
