Merrick County Sheriff's Office arrested Central City couple, Tyler C. Bryant and Brittney L. Bryant, following an investigation into alleged child abuse. Deputies discovered concerns for a 7-month-old infant and placed the child in the custody of Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services for medical evaluation. Both suspects were charged with child abuse and booked into the Merrick County Jail. The investigation is ongoing.
