Jobson Marangoni De Castro of Southern California admitted to stealing $2M in jewelry, clothing, and accessories from guests at a Beverly Hills hotel. He then traveled to Florida to sell the stolen goods. De Castro pleaded guilty to one count of interstate transportation of stolen property, carrying a max 10-year sentence. He targeted two Brazilians who brought luxury items worth $1.8M to the hotel.
