Queensland goat farmer Karen Lindsay's appearance on Gordon Ramsay's Food Stars has led to a surge in orders for her freeze-dried feta. Lindsay, who runs a small dairy goat herd on her family's banana farm, gained exposure on the show where she competed for a $250,000 investment in her business from food mogul Janine Allis. The winner of each team will also receive mentoring from either Ramsay or Allis for a year.
