The Czech government is investigating an alleged incident involving a Chinese diplomat accused of tailing Taiwan's Vice President-elect Hsiao Bi-khim during her visit to Prague in March. The diplomat may be listed as persona non grata by the Czech government. Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs contacted the Czech authorities after a report by Czech-language website Seznam Zpravy claimed that a Chinese diplomat was stopped by police for following Hsiao's motorcade.
