BJP candidate Madhavi Latha accused rival Asaduddin Owaisi of having ties with ISIS after Owaisi claimed to have received death threats. Owaisi, a four-time Hyderabad MP, stated he received threatening social media posts after his meeting with deceased gangster-politician Mukhtar Ansari's family. The Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency has traditionally been a stronghold of the Owaisi family, with voting scheduled for May 13.
