29-year-old Shaun Walker, a convicted killer who breached his license conditions, has sparked a police manhunt in Wales. Walker, who was jailed for manslaughter in 2013 after headbutting Barry Thomas, 45, in a dispute over a moped, has been recalled to prison after violating his license. Gwent Police have urged the public not to approach Walker and to call 999 if they spot him.
