56-year-old Matthew Harway was arrested in Springfield, Oregon on April 2nd for stealing over $2,000 worth of merchandise from multiple retail locations in Eugene and Cottage Grove. The police discovered the stolen goods during a search of Harway's Eugene residence. He was charged with Theft II and lodged at the Lane County Jail for his outstanding warrants from both Lane and Marion County.
