38-year-old Maryland woman, Danshell Evon, found guilty of negligent manslaughter, assault, and neglect of a minor in a high-speed crash in May 2022 that killed her 3-year-old daughter, Dreamie Dior Jackson. Evon was driving at 98 mph and her daughter was improperly secured in a backless booster seat. Evon faces up to 55 years in prison at her sentencing on August 9, 2024.
