16-year-old Kemuel Stucki pleaded guilty to 1st-degree murder, aggravated robbery, and terroristic act in the March 2023 murder of Chanell Moore, a mother of four, during a robbery at Doug's Eastside Convenience Store in Fort Smith. Stucki was sentenced to 50 years in prison, with 20 years suspended. He is also banned from specific stores and prohibited from contacting the victim's family.
