25-year-old Justin A. Hartley from West Blocton was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Friday, 5:50 p.m., in Shelby County. Hartley's Chevrolet Camaro left the roadway and struck two utility poles, with Hartley pronounced dead at the scene. The crash occurred on Shelby County 13 near Shelby County 1, about nine miles southwest of Helena. Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating.
