21-year-old Hugo Iram Cardona Jr. pleaded guilty to three counts of cyberstalking in El Paso federal court. The FBI and Homeland Security Investigations identified at least 15 victims located in El Paso, Colorado, and Arizona. Cardona allegedly used a two-factor authentication scheme to access young women's Snapchat accounts, stealing intimate photos and videos, and then demanded apologies or threatened to publicly release the content.
