35-year-old Benjamin Taylor, suspected of killing Charlotte woman Markayla Johnson and her two children, has been transferred from California's Imperial County Sheriff's Office to the US Marshals Service. Taylor was arrested on March 16 in California, where Johnson and her children's remains were found in an apartment complex. Taylor is now facing charges of three counts of murder and one count of concealment of death.
