36-year-old Andrew Harris, a Winnipeg native and CFL running back, announced his retirement by signing a one-day contract to retire as a member of the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. Harris, who played for the BC Lions and the Toronto Argonauts, contributed to championships in 2019 and 2021 with the Blue Bombers. He is now fifth in the league's all-time rushing leaders record and will officially retire on April 27 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
