ThedaCare in Neenah introduces service robots to enhance patient care, with Maxi, a delivery robot, able to deliver lab samples, pick up medications, and carry patient belongings. The hospital will have two robots, allowing doctors to spend more time with patients, and prioritizing taking care of patients while exploring tasks that can be completed by the robots. ThedaCare is the first hospital in Wisconsin to use this technology.
