Regina's Globe Theatre, Canada's only permanent theatre-in-the-round, is set to reopen in fall after a major $40M renovation. The theatre was gutted nearly four years ago, with work crews removing concrete and adding reinforcements and new features. The renovation will result in more seats, unobstructed views, bigger seats, more legroom, wider aisles, and cupholders. The theatre is scheduled to reopen in November.
