A man's body was found in floodwaters near a Penrith reserve in western Sydney. The man's death is the second associated with the weather system, following the discovery of a 71-year-old man's body near a submerged vehicle in a flooded creek southwest of Brisbane. The Nepean River in Sydney is at minor flood level and expected to rise further, prompting prepare-to-evacuate warnings for a dozen parts of Penrith.
