4 killed, 20 injured in clashes between police and IMN (Shi'ites) during a peaceful procession in Kaduna.

Four people have been feared killed and 20 others injured in clashes between police and proscribed Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) members in Kaduna. The IMN, also known as Shi'ites, gathered for a peaceful procession to mark International Quds Day in the state capital when law enforcement operatives, particularly the Nigeria Police, attempted to disperse the procession. The situation caused tension and unease among citizens, especially those with businesses along Ahmadu Bello Way, as shots were fired by the police to disperse the protesters.
