Kerala High Court asks Enforcement Directorate (ED) to provide specific allegations against former Finance Minister T.M. Thomas Isaac in relation to suspected violations of Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) concerning masala bonds issued by Kerala Infrastructure Investment Fund Board (KIIFB). Isaac and KIIFB challenged the ED summons, arguing lack of prima facie case and jurisdiction. Court adjourned hearing to April 9.
