A Kelowna man named Greg Moroso won $1.485 million on a Powerbucks Wheel of Fortune slot machine at Chances Casino Kelowna on March 22, according to a BC Lottery Corporation press release. Moroso, who initially wanted to sit down in a comfortable chair, made $3 wagers on the progressive slot machine and was stunned when he won the jackpot. The odds of winning the jackpot on a $3 bet are 1-in-25 million.
