Convicted murderer Wayne Couzens filed a complaint over denied birthday present from mother at HMP Frankland.
Convicted murderer Wayne Couzens, serving a whole life sentence for kidnapping and killing Sarah Everard, filed a complaint with the Prisons and Probation Ombudsman after being denied a birthday present sent by his mother. HMP Frankland, where Couzens is incarcerated, does not allow inmates to receive gifts from home. Couzens claims that prison officials did not clarify these rules to him or his family.
