Actor Liam Hemsworth plans a $14.6 million designer residence in Byron Bay hinterland, following brother Chris Hemsworth's footsteps. Liam bought 37 hectares for $6.8m in 2021, with the building estimated to cost $14.6m. The two-storey pavilion-style residence, designed by Melbourne-based architectural practice SSdH, is recessed into the hillside and features two open-plan living areas and a rumpus room.
