30-year-old Timothy Ray Walton from Ephrata Township faces involuntary manslaughter charges after his son died on Jan 19. Police say Walton was under the influence of alcohol and marijuana when he smothered his 6-month-old son, causing the child's death due to complications of asphyxia. Walton admitted to consuming two cans of Four Loko and smoking marijuana before the incident. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 24th.
