61-year-old Stigler High School teacher, Donald Ray Holt, was arrested for possessing child pornography after OSBI executed a search warrant based on a tip from NCMEC.
61-year-old Stigler High School teacher, Donald Ray Holt, has been arrested and accused of possessing child pornography. The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) served a search warrant at Holt's residence after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in November. Agents were able to identify Holt, and upon finding evidence, arrested him.
