56-year-old Medford man, Armstrong Jr., charged with selling explosives and fentanyl, arrested by ATF after transfer to undercover agent.

56-year-old Medford man, Wesley Allen Armstrong Jr., has been charged with possessing and selling explosives without a license, distributing fentanyl, and possessing a firearm in relation to drug trafficking. The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) arrested Armstrong after he sold eight cast explosives, seven non-electric shock tube detonators, and a small amount of fentanyl to an undercover federal agent for $3,300. ATF agents had been alerted to Armstrong by the Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement Team (MADGE).
