56-year-old man from Żebbuġ died after a car crash in Swieqi early Friday morning. The accident occurred on Triq is-Swieqi at around 3am when the man, driving a Toyota Vitz, crashed into residences. A medical team and the Civil Protection Department arrived at the scene, and the driver was taken to Mater Dei Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Police are investigating the incident.
