62-year-old former district nurse, Robert Neill, was jailed for 14 years for sexually assaulting a vulnerable elderly patient with a mental disorder in her home. The incident was caught on CCTV, installed by the victim's family due to safety concerns. Neill, formerly employed by Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, admitted the offenses and was also given an additional four years extended on licence.
