The West Australian government has allocated $46.3 million to the Home Stretch WA program, providing continued support for young people leaving out-of-home care until age 21. The additional funding will expand the program, which offers one-on-one coaching, job assistance, and financial support. Almost 300 young people, including many Aboriginal individuals, are already enrolled in the program.
